Hotel in a great position , staff helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really good . Totally recommend this hotel

The staff were friendly but not attentive they gave us a room that was already occupied then the first room was really unsuitable as it was dirty and smelly eventually the room we stayed in was much better but not amazing as it was right at the end of the longest corridor and where the store rooms were so we kept hearing very loud door slams throughout the early morning and during the night too. The breakfast was okay but very crowded we had to wait in a queue sometimes for over 20 minutes. Location was okay but not the best as the taxi’s sometimes got confused where to pick up or drop us. So we will be avoiding Intercontinental hotels in the future.

Excellent experience as per usual. The Lobby Bar staff are all extremely professional and courteous. I think they all deserve a raise in pay.

3rd visit and definitely one if the most luxurious hotels in Portugal . Transcends you to a magnificent period of time where travel was luxurious and service out of this world

高層階からの眺めは気持ちよく、部屋は静かで快適な滞在となりました。お部屋が若干古い感じはしましたが、清潔で、シャワーも使いやすかったです。 朝ごはんビュッフェは種類豊富で美味しく、食べすぎてしまいました。 深夜着でしたが、予めホテルを通して空港ピックアップサービスを頼めるのも楽で安心でした。 中央駅の真ん前にあり、ワルシャワから電車で他の都市に移動するのも簡単でした。

The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, very tidy, the only thing I would recommend is conditioner for your hair, and lotion

Noisy and lots of things did not work. Staff were lovely though!
