Disney's Boardwalk Ski Vacations

This was the second time we stay at the resort. It is Family-friendly, great amenities, upgraded arcade area which my kids loved. Updated apartments. The staff helped us very fast whenever we had questions or issues. Overall we had a great time and hope to go back soon.

The villa is spacious and modern.

The Lake Nona Wave is always a great place to relax and enjoy a sophisticated ambiance. My place to unwind.

We consistently stay at 5 star properties and the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes far exceeded our expectations. The property is located in a lush paradise and has a wonderfully kind team that couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. Simply amazing!!

Nice to stay with family and breakfast was perfect

Overall we had a nice visit. Ventilation was weird, smelling “things” from other units in the bathrooms. The adult pool allowed kids, employees couldn’t explain how to get to it and there was no employees there or bar. The Drafts restaurant was really nice, check in staff was awesome. Requests were responded to immediately

This is probably the 8th time staying in this hotel. It’s wonderful. Always a great choice. The restaurant in the hotel is great too. Food is consistently good as is the service. Amir who works in the restaurant was so eager to please. Friendly, professional and a good server.
