We had a wonderful time in Christmas! We love the place

Amazing front desk staff- Alex was very attentive, patient, kind and welcoming!!!! The room was recently renovated but our sink in room 337 was not draining so we were offered another room and comp’d breakfast which was very nice. Pool area and lounge chairs, umbrella and bar all need an upgrade. Very dated and old- and there are birds everywhere so a lot of the chairs have bird poo - birds fly into the bar and hop around the counter and straws/drinks. There should be a fan or something installed to prevent birds from flying in and around the drinks. Location is great! Restaurants are ok- better to explore around! All in all, we had a great time! Thank you! We will come back again!

Beyond perfect. Huge rooms, beautiful hotel. Huge!! Close to walk to get food. (No free food here) Very clean, would stay again.

Amazing experience!! Definitely worth it

We had a lovely stay, highly recommend this property.

A lot of issues but friendly staff. I came at check in for 4pm and room was not available (wasn’t clean) asked for a different room that was available. Was told there were none. Sat in the lobby for 45 minutes. Went back up and was told they could give me a different room. The room bathroom toilet wouldn’t even flush toilet paper without flushing 4 times. Told front desk staff on our way out of the room was told maintenance would come by while gone. Maintenance left card saying issue was resolved but it wasn’t. Stayed 4 nights with a toilet that wasn’t working. WiFi wouldn’t connect said I had invalid credentials. Just a lot of issues. Staff were nice and tried to accommodate but wouldn’t stay there again. Wish they had a shuttle to the parks. Might as well stay at a universal resort for a little bit more in price.

My family and I loved everything about this resort! Next time we visit Orlando again this is where we’ll be staying!!
