「Everything was amazing at this property. Easy to connect with staff via the app if you needed anything. The room was clean and decorated well. The breakfast every morning was fresh and it gave you a family feel seeing all the other guests during breakfast. The subway was about a ten minute walk away. My only suggestion would be if you are going in the summer ask for a room that doesn’t face the front street. There is no air conditioning (which is fine) but if we opened the window I could wave at...

・地下鉄ラッセルスクエア駅から徒歩5分。ユーストン、キングズクロス、セントパンクラス駅や大英博物館も10〜15分圏内。
・チェックイン前後の荷物預かりがとても助かりました。（ロンドン2泊＋オックスフォード1泊＋ロンドン1泊の行程で、オックスフォードにいる期間中に重いスーツケースを預かっていただけた）
・客室＆バスルームとも清潔で、タオルは毎日交換。
・ベッド枕元にコンセント＆USBポートあり。
▼留意点
・ロンドンでは通常仕様ですが、客室にエアコンはなく扇風機のみ。
・猛暑日は室温が下がらない。フロントで一筆書くと、窓をフルオープンしてもらえて一気に快適に。
・トイレを一度流すと、次に流せるまで時間がかかります。
・パジャマや歯ブラシはないため持参が必要。
・ハンガーはクローゼット内固定式。外に吊るす場合は私物の持参を。

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 3 nights. The room overlooked a park, making for a very comfortable stay.
The staff were generally friendly, and I was told the hotel is popular among Japanese travelers as well.
[What I especially liked:]
- Great location, 5 minutes from Russell Square Station. Major Stations like Euston, King’s Cross, and St. Pancras, and The British Museum are within 10-15 minutes on foot.
- The hotel kindly stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out. I had a London-Oxford-London itinerary, and they kept my suitcase during the Oxford trip.
- Clean room and bathroom, with daily towel changes.
- Convenient charging USB ports by the bed.
[Things to keep in mind:]
- Like many London hotels, rooms have no air conditioning, only a fan.
- In mid-July, the room got quite hot. The window opened only slightly, but signing a waiver allowed full opening!
- Toilet tanks take time to refill after flushing.
- No amenities such as pajamas or toothbrushes.
- Hangers are fixed inside the closet."
