The staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable, and I loved the projector they had. The breakfast was very tasty and the view from the terrace on the 10th floor was nice. I don't know when I’ll be back, but they’ll be my first choice when I do.

Most professional and exceptional staff I've ever interacted with at a hotel. I absolutely loved the room, and I got a free upgrade with the Garden View. My only regret is not booking a longer stay, so next time I'm without doubt coming back to stay here again!

Everything was perfect about this hotel. The check in process was super easy and the entire staff speaks English fluently. The elevators run efficiently and the rooms are clean and well designed. We fit three adults in one room with no issues. I loved that the toilet is separate from the shower as well. We didn’t use the hotel’s bistro because there was so much food nearby. It’s a very short walk to Ueno Station and Ameya Yokocho is not much further. The next time I come to Japan with my family, we will stay here.

Clean, spacious room with your own private osen, too bad I didn't know they serve their breakfast from 7:30-11ish, I wish they have put the time somewhere on their booking page because I had to leave at 7am to catch my train and I didn't have a chance to eat the breakfast that came with my hotel ...
