"We booked the private onsen and it was amazing. They also accommodated gluten free / celiac which was amazing. The futon bed is very comfortable too! Everything was amazing and we wish we stayed one night more."

"My main purpose was to watch fire works without getting into crowds. We were in the 7th floor with the ocean view and it was great view of fireworks though there was one (small) block from the ocean. We had to make a noise complaint of one above us, assuming from a dog running around early in the morning but it was through AI text so don’t know if it did take care of it or talking to staff did. facility seems to be nice but they could do a better job of cleaning. Dust around the bed (bunk bed) and drainage in the sink in toilet bothered me. Other than being picky, it was great stay with free bar & snack (ends too early though), view, and daiyokujou, etc."
