「The basic amenities, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, were missing from my room. When I inquired about them, the staff informed me that they typically do not provide these items, but they would make an exception for me if I came to the reception to collect them. The same issue occurred with the table fan; it was dirty, and I had to transport it myself to my room.」

「Stayed at The Black Swan for an overnight trip. Location excellent, lovely walks from the door. Took our dog, were provided with a room close to an outside door which was great. Room very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Quiet room. Staff at the hotel were lovely and made us feel welcome. Lovely sunny beer garden which we sat in and enjoyed our evening meal with drinks. Parking was tight and limited but again we were lucky to have got a space when we arrived.
