The location is fantastic! Right round the corner from the Minster and amidst all the shops and bars.
The room was quaint and the staff friendly and helpful.
We arrived early but our rooms were ready, so that was a bonus.
We stayed in room 2. It was small but lovely, the shower was powerful and hot. There was a kettle with free tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water.
The only down side was the bed was a little hard, the lighting wasn't great for doing makeup, and there was a chair in there which really wasn't needed, it just took up space in a n already small room. But these are minor issues.
The breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked with a great choice from the menu.
All in all it was a great stay and I would defiantly book here again."

"Comfortable bed and quiet room. Stayed one night only. Easy to get to by bus from the train station with luggage. Free welcome drink was not very nice (chose non-alcoholic version) - maybe should give guests a choice of something simple like juice.
