The same could not be said for evening service on our first night in the Elements restaurant - 2 1/4 hours for two courses and we had to go ask for the dessert menu was unacceptable. 「Brilliant stay! Our room (family room) was lovely and spacious with lots of storage. The swimming pool was a great little pool with a toddler splash pool too, and great showers. Little sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were a nice extra, and the staff at the leisure club were very friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots of options - everything you need. Also loved how easy it was to access York on the buses.」
