"We had a great time. Definitely worth visiting. Only complaints are we got suckered into a 3 hour presentation where we were solicited a $10,000 club membership, one of the restaurants wasn’t open the whole time we were here & if you want to eat at the restaurants that require reservations then you have to make them before 9 am "

"I had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was designed to make the stay as relaxing and stress-free as possible. Check-in was smooth, and I was immediately welcomed when I entered the doors, which set the tone for the rest of the trip. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice view and daily housekeeping that kept everything in great condition. The entertainment at the resort was also amazing especially the Michael Jackson show."

"The room was clean but smelled like mildew, low shower pressure, resort property overall was nice but needed some repairs here and there. Staff was very friendly. Family resort but definitely lacked entertainment and the dancing contests are not kid friendly! Beach was gorgeous and clean and definitely one of the highlights. Food was mediocre at best and very hard to get a reservation at the restaurants. I don’t see my family and I returning to this resort. "

"Within three hours of being on property, my wallet was stolen by suspected team member. The staff seemed to disregard it and not care completely. The front desk nightmare of a night man, told me I just lost it and gave me the runaround for two hours as hetold me that the property Manager and security manager were coming. Just to find out from the manager (customer service manager, only decent one. I spoke to) a very nice lady in the morning that he was in fact the night manager. After finding that out and looking back, It felt like an inside job for sure. No team member nor security took it seriously and refused to try to help me get to the police or for file a report on property for days. Me telling them it had been stolen wasn’t enough. It wasn’t until they were already trying to use my cards, did they appropriate offer any assistance to get to the police. Still no on property incident report. During this at no point did I feel really safe on this property or secure. You’ve been warned Do Not book."

"The pool was terrific, and the beach was awesome. My room was perfect for just me- and everyone (guests and workers) were all so friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back!"

"The pools were amazing and the beach. The foods were delicious and a wide variety to choose from. However, the rooms were not as expected. Hair drier wasnt woking. The scent from the towel and bed sheets weren't too pleasant. More can be done to make room smells better. Exposed phone wires. Broken and rusty furniture need to be relaced with new and better ones. Staff was amazing!! Our stay was a good one expect for the quality of room provided."
