I had a nice quiet stay at this hotel. Most times it felt like it was just me which was quite relaxing. The restaurant on site also had some good options. There’s not much around the area, so uber or having your own car will come in handy. The staff were very kind and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, my room wasn’t checked up on or maintained as much as I would have liked. I did go to the city for a weekend and was surprised to see that my sheets and towel wasn’t changed at all. Would have loved if my room had more than one towel available. Am wondering if a good solution would be to have signs available to put on the doorknob to let staff know if we are in need of room service? Would make it easier while I’m out and about in case they can’t get to it while I’m there. Other than that, I would still recommend this place to people who aren’t looking for the resort life.

We stayed 3 nights. This hotel is very affordable and mostly clean. The staff is ok, they are serviceable but not friendly. There are no lamps in the rooms, the bed sheets had holes and the toilet often doesn’t flush. There are no exterior windows, the windows look into the hallway facing the other rooms. The restaurant is mostly Italian cuisine and they have strict eating hours, no room service is available. The food is mediocre for the price, it is comparable to USA restaurant prices, but not nearly as good. There is a pool but the seating area is small. There is nothing within walking distance and no beach access unless you take a cab. I would not stay at this hotel again, but if you need a one night stop in Punta Cana, I guess the nightly price is worth it.

I and my guest both ate at the restaurant on the property. It was to be our last dinner prior to my departure. Turns out we both were very sick the next morning as a result of the food from the restaurant. Please be cautious because as i write this, i am still sick. My friend and i both had to visit the doctor and was diagnosed with food poisoning

The property appeared to been closed for a while was not clenned when we arrived . Theres no ventilation in the room nor the bathroom. Broken shower head, constant suage smell . They wouldn't provide clean towels unless you asked,. The breakfast was boring. The staff wasn't attentive. Constant puddle in the bathroom when you shower , no Hair dyer,

Café da manhã com 2 opcoes bem mal servido. Chuveiro que molhava mais o teto do que o corpo, encharcamos todo o quarto pois não havia box para ajudar… não existe recepção, sempre tínhamos que sair buscando algum funcionário para solicitar alguma informação. Embaixo das camas extremamente sujo.
