"Beautiful property. Beach steals the show. Super friendly staff with the exception of the front desk. My biggest complaint would be we asked several times for more bottled water in our room and it never arrived. I do think that could be language barrier a bit. Would 100% return to this resort. Take a floater for beach and pool. Take all medical needs, very expensive in the shops."

"We had fantastic time at TRS, specifically due to the beach and pool area llke. Also a shout out to our amazing butler, Norelis, without her it would have been a 3 star experience. Because of her attentiveness, ability to provide my husband an amazing 50th birthday treat, and overall her kind, approachable and helpful nature we would not have had such a great time! Because of her it was 5 stars. The rooms are outdated, as well as many issues with the swim out having cracks etc, but overall these could be overlooked for how nice the location and beach area is. Food options although limited on tbe actual property we always found something to eat. The staff at the other grand palladium’s were overall rude and not very helpful. We are planning on being back next year but will avoid the other resorts. Again our butler Norelis made this a very memorable trip, other staff at the TRS were great as well specifically the morning egg chef at the Helios and the hostesses as well. "

"Well I can start by saying upon check in I had to carry my luggage to and from my room)up three flights of steps there were no elevators. As I observed them help others carry luggage and transport guests on buggies to and from their rooms. It was my birthday weekend they said I would receive a basket with gifts and champagne that I never seen.If you dont speak Spanish they basically won't acknowledge you. It was hard to get around on the resort with no help was dropped off several times at wrong restaurants that I had reserved dinner to so I missed that had to eat at buffet. To spend your money and be treated like trash was a slap in the face. I will visit the Dominican Republic again, but i would not book at this resort never, ever ever ever again!!!!! This resort gets two thumbs down for hospitality"

"Unfortunately this place is dirty and run down. Food is just kind of OK. Entertainment crews were nice and really tried to make everyone have fun. A lot of misunderstandings and lack of attention from other staff members. "
