It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues.
The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal.

「This was our first trip to Punta Cana with the kids, and we couldn’t have picked a better resort. The family suite had everything: a kitchen, balcony, and comfortable beds. The kids spent hours at the beach, while we relaxed at the pool. Breakfast had a great selection, and the restaurant’s pizza was a big hit. The location is ideal, right on the beach but close to restaurants and shops. 」
