「Very clean and in a great location in Austin! The place was stocked well with towels, paper towels and toilet paper! It even had foil and storage bags! Kitchen could have been stocked better! No bowls for cereal, no can opener or colander! No dishwasher! ! Instructions for the oven! I didn't know how to operate it and the instructions were not adequate! It didn't have a microwave unless the oven was a combination of a convection oven and microwave, but i don't think so! Communication was good!...

「Very cozy little cottage with plenty of space for us. (2 adults 3 kids and our two pups) love that it was pet friendly and out in the country. Very well kept and the bonus to it all was the hot tub. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay!」

「We would not stay at this property again. There were ants everywhere, the toilet chain kept slipping and the water was constantly running and we had to fix it multiple times, the outside wood was rotting, and a picture fell off the wall In the middle of the night. It was a cute theme and when we arrived it did seem clean. But we were 4 guests and there were only 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days. Most upsetting was a contacted the owner and she told me to contact the manager...

「The place was nice and clean. I would have given a very high rating. However, the owner never contacted me about the problem we had. I never received info on how to access the property. I called the owner and left a vm and sent an email. Fortunately, the VRBO help desk had the information and we were able to unlock the gate onto the property. It was nighttime when we arrived on the day before thanksgiving and the property is on a lonely stretch of road. Thankfully, catastrophe was averted. The...
