The club is perched on the hillside with breathtaking hill country and Lake Travis views that go on for days! We offer club access that includes an 18-hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course, formal and informal dining, pickleball, tennis, and a fabulous Olympic size pool and hot tub! This cottage is the only stand alone, no shared wall, unit. Walk right out the front door and tee off! (provided you have a tee time:))) Most everything is new and this cottage is located right next to the first tee box at the club. 2 primary bedrooms with King beds in each room and a full bath attached. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and has lake views. The site was chosen by the developer for its location and views. Owner designed and decorated for a rejuvenating stay. Enjoy sitting back, in the electric recliners, or snoozing on the couch while watching your favorite shows or games. WIFI available along with an office area with a built-in computer area, perfect for those that still need to work while away. 6 top table for your dining needs and a laundry room for any washing needs. There is only 1 section in the exclusive community where they allow nightly rentals. Guest passes, to utilize the country club provided upon request. Pay for whatever you eat, drink, or play golf.
