「飲食店、土産屋、中心部にも近く便利なロケーションです。チェックイン前の情報提供も万全でした。部屋も綺麗で満足していますが、Bayviewとは反対側の部屋だったので、景観は残念でした。概ねいい宿と思います。」

「イーデンパークスタジアムの向かいにありラグビーファンには嬉しいロケーションでした。駅もすぐ近くでオークランド中心部へのアクセスも便利、近隣にはカフェやレストランもたくさんあるので困りませんでした。オーナーさんには色々と現地情報を教えていただき、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただいたりタクシーを呼んでもらったり、親切にしていただき大変助かりました。」

「Would be great to have a kitchenette in the unit. Wattle Downs great spot between Papakura, Manurewa & Manukau. Short distance from drive from these suburbs. Very convenient. Laundry would be a bonus especially to longer stays. 5+ days. Clean & Tidy. Parking next to the main house was a tight squeeze but it worked.」

「The location was very convenient for the Viaduct in Auckland. The communication from the management team was really poor. The instructions for parking need to be made clearer especially directions to the lift access on Level 3. We had to drag suitcases up stairs as we didn't know where the lifts were situated. If you're an overnight stay, you should have more detailed instructions.」

「Had everything for a pleasant stay, A tasteful mix of modern and the past. Close to Queen Street, heart of the business district, yet next door to Albert Park. Plenty of dining options nearby, shopping, and acess to the water front. Great for singles or a couple to spread out in. Loved the shower and the plush towels. Five stars all the way.」

「We felt lucky to enter our loft apartment for the first time. Although small, the apartment-loft combination worked well for a couple. Bedrooms were off the main living areas and the loft was a private hideaway. Our hosts had everything needed for the first day in a new apartment until one begins to know the neighborhood: laundry soap to coffee, tea, and a kettle. The management company for the apartment was also prompt in correcting small defects such as a slow draining sink. Again, we...

「This was such a great place to stay to get the ultimate experience of Auckland. Sky Tower was beautifully lit up every night and there is so much to see from the high level of this building… this property is very secure and the pool is a plus! … There are also so many places to explore within walking distance.」

Comms with the owner was really nice and friendly. I'm originally from Auckland so it was nice to be home. I will definitely book again.」

「Clean, quiet and comfortable, yet close to facilities and the city. Our visit coincided with Easter, making breakfast venues difficult to find particularly on Easter Sunday. The provision of a Continental Breakfast is suggested.」

「Property is what we needed during our 2 night stay in Auckland, it was tidy and clean. The pictures made it look like it was its own house, but it is situated on the bottom floor of the main house towards the back. Good communication with the property manager. Would recommend」

「Very nice room, considering the price. It has good kitchen and two bedrooms. Nice scenery from the room. But, dishwasher had trouble to stop. And, male staff did not make a reservation of taxi for me, just gave me the taxi company name, but female staff made a reservation for me. She is very nice and considering me. 」
