The room itself was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The issue was that the hotel was supposed to mail 24 hours in advance to give instructions on how to get into the building and how to get the key from the lockbox. They did not email. I had to contact hotels.com and they had to contact the hotel in my behalf. If you forget this and show up you will not be getting into your room.

The accommodation was not as advertising or shown in the pictures. Location of parking was a distance away from the suite and not safe at night. The bathroom basin had toothpaste around it, constant noise at night, possible because of the location. Overall my staff member was not happy with this accommodation, luckily it was only for 1 night. Will not book to stay here again unfortunately.

It should mention that the property is not manned and self-check in. I needed to call to find out the check in procedures. A Air con was there and functioning but the display of the remote was broken so it took time to work it out. An instruction should be available. The net curtain definitely needs washing.

The rooms were smaller than I had imagined, there are cracks in the tiles in the main kitchen area. It’s very noisy during the night with what sounds like large fans or rangehoods from below restaurants going solidly from 2am. There may be quieter rooms.

Check in instructions were clear and super easy. Room was clean and tidy with a very warm and comfortable bed. Air conditioning, internet and cooking facilities were excellent. Property manager was very helpful. Room was small but cosy. Will definitely stay again

Onehugu Suites are in the heart of town. Close to shops and plenty of dining options. The suites are well maintained and very clean. Only issue we had was Google maps putting us in the carpark at the rear of the property. But communication was faultless and a quick phone call put us in the right place to access the apartments. Park option was gold with a sign in tablet to validate the parking.

The bathroom smelt really bad. There was no air vent so everything was steamy. The rest of the place was fantastic and not having to go to reception and deal with people is fantastic

Window is broken, letting in mosquitoes. Furnishings are the worst I’ve seen. Shower doesn’t drain limiting showers to 2 minutes before it overflows. I had to buy glasses for water. There was no bin only a bucket which you have to empty in the street bins. The room smells of fried chicken from the shop underneath. There is no vanity in the bathroom so toiletries are kept on the floor. Worst value for money I’ve ever know and I travel over 200 days a year.
This is described as a family suite. Unreal.
