Couldnt beat this if you are going to Eden Park or an event at Kingsland. Its not 5star by any means but its clean, comfortable, cheap and the location couldnt be beaten. Really nice staff. Decent rooms.

This was a great place to stay! Check-in was quick and easy. Location is excellent, with many restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy. I was happy to have some plates, cups, and silverware in the room for a few meals. The room was clean and comfortable, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This place was a good stay for us. The place is a little bit tired and could use a bit of touch up but it was very clean, had everything we needed and I really appreciated the kitchenette and how it was well put together. It was a little bit tricky to find but we got there. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Being close to Dominion Rd and all that is there is really great. We were very happy with the accommodation.

VERY convenient location for the Eden Park event that we were attending. Free onsite parking and WiFi. Manager was very friendly and helpful, letting us know where to buy groceries, dine etc (all very close walking distance.) potentially noisy with Eden Park on one side and railway station on the other but it was not a problem for us. Property is a little tired but clean. The kitchenette was handy to have with a microwave and small fridge with a little freezer compartment.
