"Enjoyable stay with friendly staff and clean, rooms were spacious and welcoming. Strongly recommend staying in the newer updated tower than other portion of the hotel. The breakfast is worth it and the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen. Check-in process was very fast "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Arluxia. The location was perfect, a two minute walk to Ponsonby Rd and all it has to offer, and we went down to the Viaduct for an evening, less than a 10 min drive. Amenities we loved; parking, laundry, kitchenette setup (kettle, mini fridge, utensils, dishware, microwave, sink, Nespresso machine…) The view from our room was great, we enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck while taking in the view. The bed was comfortable, black out curtains and a/c all added to great sleeps. We used it as a base for our 3 nights in a tournament in a town nearby, Oratia, and it worked out nicely. It was always something we looked forward to, coming back to the room, and not having to fuss over much because we had everything we needed, either in the room or a 2 minute walk away. We had a couple requests that were responded to very quickly, communication was excellent. We really loved our stay and highly recommend it. "
