"Free under cover parking was great, while it was a little tight, we greatly appreciated onsite under cover parking. Location is excellent, 30 minutes walk to Auckland Domain for our festival. We could have caught a bus but needed to stretch our legs. Excellent shopping and restaurants were 5 minutes walk in the huge Westfield centre. Service was warm and friendly. The room exceeded expectations, walked in and the balcony door was flooding the room with the warm, fresh autumn air and lots of natural light. Deco isn't modern but it is cosy and welcoming. Large bedroom and bed. Large living room. Clean and tidy bathroom. Bed was super comfy, excellent linen. Lots of cutlery, glasses and crockery supplied."

"Great value and quality for the budget. The only notable complaint really was the TV lacked HDMI input for my laptop to connect with. Oh and no window that could be opened was a slight bummer, but this was the studio room without a kitchenette, other rooms may have that? Very clean and modern feel, it was quite comfortable for a night's stay with a nice shower and light access throughout (dimmer of some sort for the bathroom might have been appreciated, mirror had several light modes via a touch button on its surface, but these were quite bright when waking up at night as I have trouble staying asleep when not in my own bed). Would recommend! :)"

"Enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was great - close to attractions, but quiet. Staff were friendly. We didn’t go to the restaurant/bar, but it looked nice. The room was spacious, pillows were nice and they even had a pillow bar, bed was comfortable, everything was well decorated. Price was great. Even the lobby smelled nice. Great experience"

"This was our second stay here, we booked it again as it was a great price and we loved the amenties -the 'library' and bar, restaurant. Unfortunately it wasnt very clean, the shower was filthy and there was short black curly hair stuck to walls in the shower, plus smudges all around the walls (I wiped one of the marks to see if it was stained and it came off easily). After they "cleaned it" the marks were still on the walls. We only stayed for one night and had an event so didn't spend much time in the room or would have requested a room change. We also requested a car park and was told they had run out of tickets, but we could just pay for it at the carpark building itself and it would only be $32. unfortunately it was $50 instead, so was a shame to be told differently by the staff. The design and vibe of the place is really cool, so hopefully with some training and proper cleaning it will improve. "
