Wifi is good, conveniently located for the CBD and easy to find even for those with a truly terrible sense of direction. You're mostly paying for the cool looking building attached. Room amenities were pretty basic fare nothing terrible, nothing to sing about either. Concierge desk always very helpful and happy to look after bags after checkout and book a taxi if you want a final day of exploration before your flight. "

Recommend that you monitor your message board. Out of the 4 hotels I booked on the South Island yours was the only one that didn't reply back. As a solo traveler that was important for me. "
