Great stay as usual. Though the gym was still out of order since last time and the rubbish wasn't cleaned thoroughly upon arrival (Unfortunately not the first time), but staff are super friendly, love the room, breakfast and restaurant are decent too.

Stayed here a few times, staff always fantastic, the rooms usually excellent. This time, the room was poorly, burn marks on table, smelt pungent,shower gel dispenser broken. Very noisy. Mainly due to drunk people in hallway being loud. Banging doors until 3am,4am. Slept poorly. This is the first time I’ve been let down by this property, every other time fantastic.

Understaffed and only one receptionist handling a lot of check-ins and outs on their own. Unfair on the employees to handle the reception area solo. Staff were very helpful but clearly overworked. Room needed attention. More water spills from the hose than the shower head. The shower floor is very slippery and dangerous. I booked 3 rooms and my friends noted that same issue. Surely that is a health and safety issue?? The layout of the room was not great. There is a small gap between the foot of the bed and the wall and a tv is mounted in this space. I bumped the tv many times. It should be located in a safer position. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Great location and a bus stop nearby.
