「Even though they advertised onsite parking, there was none available and was told to park on the street. Travelling with kids it was problematic because the only car parks available were across a busy main rd. Other than that, the property was nice and comfortable.」

「The instructions for the TV were inadequate and did not enable us to watch any program. There was a pamphlet with the TV that described how to instal it but there were no operating instructions. I spent two evenings trying to get it to work. We have owned a smart TV for more than 5 years so are familiar with their operation.There were no instructions for the washing machine and we could not get it to do a hot wash. Thanks for getting the laundry power to us when we requested it.The coffee...

「The stairwell is 2 tiers of 12 steps an rather tidiest at the end of the day, although the unit is well equipped with all the bells and whistles.I am 74yrs live and fit, but ….. I had a wonderful stay in Pt Chevalier and met beautiful people. Also, parking is an absolute nightmare. My disabled daughter and I were unaware of the parking restrictions. 400 later and…….darned.(all roadside parking) if you’re lucky.」

「Small shops, grocery stores and places to eat are right around the corner. The place is tucked back from the street so there is not much noise, though you can smell the food. Interesting layout, the bathroom is a long way from the bedroom. Be aware, just before your trip you will be required to go to a third party site and enter your information, including a photo of your driver’s license and last 4 numbers of your credit card. 」

「Place was dirty with big wet patches on the floor and rubbish leftover from New Year's eve parties (wine in fridge, leftover drug testing kits). Cleanliness did not match pictures at all. It wasn't clear whether there was clean and spare linen. We only stayed one night and got in touch with manager about a refund for the other two nights, but nothing came of it. All communications were replied to quickly but not really that helpful.」
