"I have stayed here multiple times, and each time has been a pleasure. The woman who checked me in had trouble with her terminal but kept her cool and was so friendly. The a/c was incredibly appreciated during the heatwave and the beds are always comfortable. I will definitely return."

"Overall a solid stay — the property was clean and the staff was genuinely helpful throughout. The location is excellent, which made getting around easy. A few hiccups worth noting: the elevator broke during my stay, which required some workarounds for at least one day. Drinking water from the fountain wasn’t always available, and coffee replenishment was occasionally missed. These are operational details that, if tightened up, would easily push this to a 9 or 10. Good value and a comfortable experience overall. Would consider returning. 8/10"
