「They switched to Tulip cruise and gave us an upgrade to 2 VIP rooms for our family. It was beautiful. Wonderful staffing. Food needs to be improved.」

O check-in no píer tb foi organizado.

「Awesome cruise on the victory star - amazing staff throughout especially our guide Anton!」

「Had a wonderful experience cruising Ha Long Bay. Ship was beautiful and felt luxurious. Staff was very attentive. Would highly recommend!」

「Lovely cruise staff was wonderful」

「The boat was superb. Brand new and service was excellent. Food really nice. We were upgraded to this ship on the day when travelling to the port which was a bit concerning but all good in the end. We ended up on a better boat so very nice. Trip was excellent. The only reason I didn’t mark it overall as a 5* was the cost but we got what we paid for. So if you want a luxurious trip to Halong bay I’d recommend this trip 」

「The ship was excellent as were all the staff. The only negative is the amount of plastic and other garbage in the water of the bay. The cruise people should hire the sampan beer ladies as collectors and pay them per kilo recycled.」
