Ronald (Customer Service Manager) and his team went above and beyond to help me out when I purchased some pearls from a pearl farm on our day trip. The earrings were faulty and broke. 「Room itself was clean, bed very comfortable and an amazing view, however the bathroom needs to be cleaned better. We found some bugs and mould on the grout. Staff were very good, activities were well organised. No sun loungers on the sun deck, which is a shame, as they definitely have the space for some.
