「The value for money was good but I felt the room did not reflect the images shown when booking. It was not as fresh, bright or spacious as it showed but the bed was comfortable, the amenities were all present and working and it was a good location with safe and secure parking/entry. Was more than enough for what i needed on the night though」

「For several days before our arrival, I sent multiple messages, through Vrbo, AND the host’s website email to the host, asking for entry instructions. No response. We were in Japan and I had no way to call the host. So I did several long live chats with Vrbo asking them to actually CALL the host via telephone because I was suspicious of them not responding and nervous about being able to get in as we were arriving late at night. "一晩シャワーを浴びて寝ただけですが、部屋は広くて清潔面でも特に気になる点はありませんでした。また幹線道路から小道に入った場所にあるので静かでした。"

"施設は快適です。日本人の駐在員が多く住んでいるため、朝食のレストランは日本にいるみたいです。朝食にはご飯、味噌汁、納豆も用意されていました。外国人が多く住むエリアですが、レジデンス周辺はローカルも多く、人通りもまばらで、夜に出歩くのは少し不安があります。ハノイ市街よりは静かなのでゆっくりするには最適です。ハノイ市街には車で15〜20分は掛かります。"
