Room is clean, however they should have mirrors in bed room beside the one in bathroom! It’s not convenient for two people! Foods all delicious and clean! I love the most of staff especially the young gentleman Peter Hien, he is so generous kindness polite and awesome customer service!

This was an amazing experience. The food was plentiful and the staff very attentive. The bedroom was perfect being a corner room with balcony. Couldn’t have been better.

Not Much To Do

The boat and rooms and staff were awesome. But the itinerary was lackluster. We did one kayaking stop-off and then they let us jump off the back of the boat and tread water for a bit. My previous cruise we stopped at actual locations and had guided tours.

Amazing cruise - safe, clean, luxury and felt very spoilt and looked after. Food was delicious and plentiful. The staff went out of their way to look after us. What a treat to experience the bay this way.

Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless.

Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are.

全てが完璧です。スタッフのサービス、アクティビティ、部屋の清潔さ、食事の内容、そして絶えることのないハロン湾の素晴らしい景色。体験に対するこの価格は安いと思います。 日本語を喋るスタッフはいないので、単独で参加される方は簡単な英語は必要です。 船内WIFIもありますが、非常に遅かったり、繋がらなかったりするエリアも有ります。それでも、バルコニーから景色をみているうちに時間が流れ、船は進みます。 最高の旅行にしてくれたスタッフみんなに大感謝です。

Ahoi Halong!

Wirklich schöne 2 Tages-Tour durch die Halong-Bucht. Toller Blick aus dem Zimmer, vom Sonnendeck und dem Speisesaal. Service wird sehr groß geschrieben, sämtliches Personal ist freundlich und sehr engagiert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
