Tulip is almost brand new. Cabin is spacious and well designed. Facilities are good. Staff are all enthusiastic and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful trip.

It was an unforgettable experience! The room where we stayed was overlooking the vast bay and it was beautiful. The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. Truly a Five-Star experience for our family. Shout out to Ms. Kim (the cruise manager), Ms. Erin (server), and Mr. Tran (swim & kayaking), they took very good care of us!

We had a problem with our room, after trying to fix it the Cruise Manager gave us an upgrade which we were delighted about. Everything else on the Ship was great.

We stayed 2 nights and 3 days on the cruise, the ship was beautiful and new. The room was spacious with the biggest bed I have ever seen, we also had a balcony with a table and chairs so we could sit and watch the amazing view. I think the best part of our trip with Tulip Cruise was the friendly and kind staff. Denny took us on our excursion on day 2 and he was funny charming and very polite. Having him as our guide definitely made the day better. Sarah who was at the reception for most of our trip was also amazing. She was so helpful every time we needed something or had a silly question. I don’t think I ever saw her without a beautiful smile on her face and she also made our trip memorable. Marcus our butler was very friendly and helpful, always pandering to our needs, nothing ever seemed like too much. Thank you Sam and Chris

新しい大型クルージング船は非常に快適でした。部屋は豪華、綺麗で清潔で広さも十分。クルーも非常に親切な対応でした。 2点ほど考慮点を記載しておきます。1点目がメインの食事会場の空調です。正直エアコンの効きが良くなく、座る場所によっては汗が出るほどの暑さを感じました。 2点目がクルージング船まで、岸から小型船で30分ほど移動が必要な点。別の大型クルージング船は岸から直接乗船している会社もある中で、往復で1時間要する小型船での移動はマイナス点に感じました。ただ、小型船は空調が効いていて移動中は揺れも小さく、移動時間が気にならない人にとってはそこまで問題ではないかもしれません。
