"We had an amazing experience at the hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Franklin Perez. From the moment we met him, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to help us with booking our restaurant reservations, which saved us so much time and made our trip stress free. Franklin put in so much effort to ensure we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay, and his exceptional service truly stood out. The hotel itself was beautiful, well maintained, and very accommodating, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we are very grateful for all of Franklin’s help and hospitality."

"Amazing! Is one word that comes to mind when I think of my time at Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa. The resort is beautiful, and the staff are wonderful. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted, and escorted to check in. My husband and I had a long trip due to flight delays, however we were quickly refreshed when we encountered the pleasantness of the staff and our beautiful surroundings."

"This “5-star” resort was a complete scam and a huge disappointment for our babymoon. My husband and I were expecting a relaxing, clean, luxury stay, but the experience was the exact opposite. The first room smelled strongly of mold and was extremely dirty. There was hair in the bathtub, oily residue from previous guests left in the sink, and even urine on the toilet. After we complained, we were moved to another room, but that one was not much better. There were leftover sodas in the fridge, the couch was ripped, and the closet looked like it had been poorly painted over to cover damage. We could still smell mold in the second room as well. And the food — absolutely disgusting. If you want to risk ending up in the hospital, then this is the place for you. Most of the food tasted microwaved, the bread was stale, the vegetables looked rotten, and the desserts were awful. It genuinely seemed like leftover food was being reused over and over again. The only decent thing at this resort was the coffee. Even the servers looked miserable and unhappy to be there, which made the atmosphere even worse. After this entire experience, we should have received a refund, but the only thing they offered us was a free upgrade for a future stay if we ever decided to come back — which we absolutely never will. I would never return to this resort and would not recommend it to anyone, especially pregnant guests who are looking for a safe and relaxing vacation."
