"We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

"Everythings was great, roof top onsen was beautiful, breakfast was delicious, except in hotel.com chinese version showing 4 Japanese beds included, but at the hotel said we only booked 2 beds for a 4 people room. Kind of confusing. "

"Hotel is the oldest in the area and looks to have renovated. If you are looking to stay in a very traditional Japanese Ryokan (Inn), this place is nice - right down to the paper thin walls. Food - was amazing."

"温泉街の坂の一番上のほうにあり、落ち着いた雰囲気が楽しめました。1階の浴場では飲泉できるようになっていて、手ですくって飲んでみると意外なほど匂いがなく普通に美味しい水のように飲めました。 駐車場は、宿から少し離れた所です。玄関から案内してもらって停めに行きました。"
