"・貸し切り風呂が10カ所くらいあり、各部屋1日1回利用できるようになっていたが、予約がすぐにいっぱいになってしまい、3泊して1回しか利用できなかった。 ・空いた部屋があったので予約した部屋からアップグレードしてもらったが、もともと禁煙部屋を希望していたのに、喫煙部屋でタバコの匂いが染み付いていた。 ・部屋のお風呂のシャワーヘッドが壊れていて、接続部からお湯が漏れてしまっていた。 ・部屋の清掃を不要とする代わりに、施設内で使えるチケットをもらったが、エステは予約で一杯で、メインダイニングでは使用できず、使用できることが限られていた。 以上を除けば満足です。"

"It started off pretty bad, but the management took care of our concerns nicely. Tip: Do not get the lower end rooms, they are awful. The higher end rooms are extraordinary. So are the grounds. But if you come at night, note the parking lot is unlit and a kilometer from the front desk."
