チェックインの後は男性と女性の二人のスタッフがお部屋まで案内してくださり、特に男子のスタッフは丁寧すぎるほどお部屋について丁寧な説明をしてくださいました。 無料のミネラルウォーターがあり、良かったです。静かで、落ち着いていてゆっくりすることができました。 難点を挙げるとしたら、今回碓氷館(エントランスから一番遠い建物)に宿泊しましたが、外に出たりダイニングルームに行くのにいちいち遠かったことと、周りが静かで環境が良かったので、逆に夜お散歩しようとエントランスから出たら暗くて、街灯もまばらで人通りもほとんどなかったので少し危険だと思いました。なので夜の徒歩での外出はおすすめできません。

母の喜寿のお祝いに家族で初めて宿泊させていただきました。 チェックインの時点からお風呂のお湯が張られていた事にびっくり。夜に朝にゆっくりとお部屋で温泉を堪能させて頂き、母も大満足でした。窓から見える景色も最高で、朝食も全てが美味しい。素敵なひと時を過ごせました。又必ず利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

高級ならそれなりの対応を

チェックインの際のいきなりのトランク開けにびっくり。宿泊客少ないのに連室。隣の部屋の音に閉口。トイレ、風呂水量の弱さに閉口。最後のチェックアウト　Go To　Travelの説明担当者の高飛車にびっくり。二度と泊ることはないでしょう。
