「I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic.」

「We recently spent 4 days and 3 nights at the hotel and had a genuinely relaxing stay. From arrival, the hotel felt spotless and very well maintained. Cleanliness is clearly a priority throughout. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a wide variety each morning that delivered on both quality and choice. 「三週間程前の予約で、五つ星ホテルの選択肢が他になかった為、当ホテルを選択。 スタッフのフレンドリーさは偏りがなく素晴らしかった。 何も言わなかったのに、チェックイン時に赤ちゃん連れだと判断し、ベビーベッドを入れてくれていた。 レストランスタッフも気が利いていて素晴らしい。 すれ違うスタッフ皆、挨拶を欠かさなかった。 赤ちゃん連れにも非常に親切。 シャワーの水圧も強く、シャワーヘッドも外れるのが良かった。 残念だったのが、バスルームの清掃が行き届いていないこと。 バスタブに立ち、たまたま壁の隅にシャワーがかかったら、黒い垢がボロボロ落ちてきて気持悪るかった。 大抵のホテルの風呂清掃は、スプレーなどを吹きかけて、拭いて終わりというのは知っているが、あれでもうホテルの風呂恐怖症になりそうだ。 また、レストランが３つしかなく、長い滞在では飽きてしまうだろう。 ただし、ビーチがすぐ側なので、ビーチ沿いのレストランも気軽に利用できる。 ホテル内のどのレストランでも、ディナータイムのドレスコード遵守は必須。」
