Very pleasant stay

It was our second stay in Los Abrigos and we loved it even more than the first time. Riva Eco Guest House did not disappoint us: we were welcomed by Brahian on our late arrival to be shown into a spacious, light room on C level, with very comfortable mattress. The hotel is very clean, with good functional kitchen, good insulation. Brahian is an amazing, hardworking and friendly host and very very helpful. Thank you very much. We would love to stay here again and will recommend it to our friends.

Amazing solo accommodation on a budget

For my budget the place was amazing! The room had no view but I say it has city views and a patio because the rooftop is accessible with chairs, table, sofa, sun loungers, shower, kitchen and bathroom (yes, all on the rooftop) There were two bathrooms next to my bedroom, each section of the house has three rooms with a kitchen, so although the facilities are shared, this was no bother. The place was spotless. The communal areas were thoroughly cleaned daily. The communication was minimal but sufficient! For a solo traveller or travelling with good friend who you don’t mind bunking with, this place is awesome. By the way Los Abrigos is a lovely calm place to visit where there are real locals, not just a tourist economy

Precio bajo, pero experiencia muy decepcionante. Estancia del 19-26 nov 2025. Lo único positivo: es barato. Todo lo demás fue un cúmulo de problemas. La noche antes de llegar (¡21:40!) nos avisan de una fianza de 100 € que NO aparecía en ningún sitio de la reserva de Expedia. Al hacer el check-in online, el sistema nos pedía pagar otra vez toda la estancia (275 €) aunque ya estaba pagada. Tuvimos que reclamar y enviar factura. Al llegar, solo un juego de toallas para 2 personas; tuvimos que pedirlas y luego insistir a la limpiadora. La habitación A3 tiene celosías de vidrio hacia cocina y pasillo: cada vez que alguien encendía la luz (incluso de madrugada), se iluminaba toda la habitación. Imposible dormir. Cama durísima. A la 1 a.m. alguien aporreó la puerta principal durante minutos; avisamos por WhatsApp y nunca nos explicaron nada. Día 6 pedimos cambio de sábanas/toallas (según su propio reglamento). Por WhatsApp dijeron sí; la limpiadora llegó diciendo que “no tocaba” y tuvimos que enseñarle el reglamento para que lo hiciera. Todo se gestiona solo por WhatsApp, cero atención presencial y mucha improvisación. Minutos después de dejar las llaves ya nos pedían “una buena reseña”. 2 estrellas solo por el precio. No repetiremos ni lo recomendamos si valoras transparencia, descanso y un servicio mínimamente profesional.

Alojamiento cómodo y con buena relación calidad precio. Nos alojamos en la habitación con cocina privada y baño compartido. Los baños siempre estaban limpios y el alojamiento en general también. Cami nos dio la mejor bienvenida con mucha simpatía y profesionalidad. Un servicio 10/10 de su parte.

Estaba todo bien, perfecto si solo vas a dormir y el resto del dia a disfrutar de la isla, en el barrio hay tiendas pequeñitas para comprar lo necesario y hay paradas de buses que comunican con los cristianos, que si no tienes coche viene genial.

Es kommt noch eine Kaution von 100 Euro dazu, welche man in bar hinterlegen soll, ohne Quittung. Erst nach Intervention von EXPEDIA ist es mir gelungen diese mit Kreditkarte zu zahlen. Ich hoffe ich bekomme es wieder. Kommunikation war auf Englisch und sehr frech

Ich habe die Unterkunft, vom Flughafen aus ,angeschrieben ! Das war am späten Nachmittag! Da ich schon öfter dort warund mich mit der Vorgehensweise auskenne, habe ich direkt nach dem Code für mein Zimmer gefragt! Ich habe bis heute keine Antwort bekommen! Zum Glück konnte ich in der Nacht bei Freunden schlafen!

Sencillo y cómodo

Estancia cómoda y agradable. Personal amable y cercano. Limpieza de baños diaria e impecable. Mi única pega fue la cocina y nevera compartida. Guardé una bebida para enfriar y cuando fui a por ella vi que otro residente me la había robado. Me gustaría que pudiera haber algún tipo de control en este asunto, aunque comprendo que es culpa de ese residente y no de Riva Eco Guest House. El hostal se encuentra cerca de supermercados y restaurantes, y cuenta con su propia cafetería y restaurante.

NO ME ALOJE ALLÍ, me fui tal y como llegue. Primero que pedí dos calmas individuales. No fue así, segundo no había aire pero tan siquiera un ventilador y un calor horrible ahí dentro. El aseo en un pasillo y no constaba en ningún sitio que fuera así, para mi no sé si fue culpa de la página o del alojamiento pero penoso… 80€ a la basura, que no sobran.
