「Could not fault one thing about the hotel . Food , cleanliness, staff and rooms were all amazing ! 」

「サービス、施設は非常に良い。フロント、レストラン、スパの係の方はみんな笑顔で親切な対応だった。ビュッフェの食事は飽きることが多いが、毎日、スペイン料理の日、バーベキューの日など変化があり飽きることがなかった。コテージに宿泊したが、屋外ジャグジーが良かった。唯一の難点は室内の翌日にお湯を貯めると金属か砂のようなものが溜まること。総じて、よかった。」

「Really enjoyed my stay the room was absolutely perfect so much room it was great. The staff were really friendly and polite, also the spa was absolutely amazing the best if been to nice wee gym aswell the pools outside were amazing especially the jacuzzi one I couldn’t get out of it I loved it and a good decent buffet breakfast with friendly staff can’t complain only thing I wanted a late check out but couldn’t get it as my flight was until late but they gave me a room so I could clean up. ...

「Wonderful apartment. Spacious and a massive terrace. Tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing tablets all present. A nice touch. Unfortunately the big pool was closed but the other pools were open, so no big issue. I can recommend the apartments, make sure you have a car to get around. 」

「屋内のレストランの食事は中の下程度、プールサイドレストランのサンドイッチ、軽食程度ならまあまあ食べられます。 プールタオル、WIFI、全てが有料で、あまり気持ちのいいものではありませんでした。予約時には100平米の2ベッドルームキッチン付きとのことだったのですが、100平米あるとは思えない広さでした。 文句を言うにも常にレセプションには列が出来ていて、何をリクエストするにも時間がかかるので、泣き寝入りする事が多かったです。 唯一の救いは、スタッフが皆感じのいい人だった事でしょうか。」

「とてもきれいなホテルです。数多くのプールでとても楽しめました！ 残念だったのは、子供向けアクテビティ（4歳から利用可能と表記）について事前に電話で問い合わせたところ、4歳以下でも保護者同伴で利用可能と言われましたが、実際には参加を断られました。またレストランが4つありますが、1つは休業、2つは似通った内容のブッフェ、1つはすぐ予約が埋まり利用が難しいため、ご飯には少し飽きが来ます。」

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「The apartment had a nice Seaview, was clean and has everything you need. The complex was nice, clean and friendly staff. There was a lot of drilling one day due to apartment renovation, but not too much of an issue. Didnt use the pool, but seen lots of people out early to put towels on loungers. Overall good value for money and would stay again. 」

「Notre sejour a été fantastique. Le logement est ideal en famille et entre amis: Barbecue, jacuzzi, espace, équipement, vue sur mer. Nous reviendrons. Le personnel est disponible et a l'écoute.」

「Mini disco is a perfect event for families with small kids. My kids were dancing every day. Dinner is buffet style. It is convenient to have meals at the hotel, but I would recommend having lunch & dinner outside. It is just 10 min walking distance from the restaurant area. 」

「Lovely long weekend spent with friends staying at the Regency Torviscas. Staff are friendly, entertainment is good, lovely pool and great cocktails! 」

「Good quality hotel especially for the price. Located fairly close to the beach which is only a short walk. Buffet food was good and the chef station was well run. Evening entertainment was ok. Paying extra for parking and a safe isn’t great service. 」

「Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à l’hôtel. C’est un hôtel ou tout est fait pour que le séjour ce déroule bien. Depuis la propreté jusqu’au activité en passant par la restauration et à l’amabilité du personnel. Et puis l’emplacement est idéal à quelque mètre de la plage m, non loin de l’accès à la autopista !!!! Vraiment satisfaisant. 」

「Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work」
