The stay in these apartments where absolutely amazing, comfy bed spacious apartment and the extras of ping pong tables and crazy golf. Staff are so helpful to. Would highly recommend this property to family and friends. Walking distance to all amenities

Very happy with the property and the grounds. Very few people in the pool in the morning. Always parasols and sunbeds free. Lovely chilled atmopshere. More local shops and resturants than we first realised. Very friendly staff.

We asked for the towels to be changed at an specific date and did not happened … when we asked to be changed we were told that they will change them the day we are living which as you can understand did not made any sense Overall the property has great amenities

Cheap. But really budged location. There was a terrible connection to the city. View was bad. Unfinished apartments from years ago. Really hot sith no airco. Was in november but wot not book in summer!

Hotel is ok. Initially we were given with a room in the section A with view to construction site. We requested to move to another and few days later we were moved to section C with pool view. Pool is good (some man comes each evening, do measurements and add chemicals), but cold for me - like ocean. Apartments are big, but furniture and all devices are the most cheapest in the world… I have never seen such brands before. Beds are so hard like sleeping on the floor. Something neighbors are noise at midnight and many smoke weed, but hotel doesn’t control it somehow. And last thing: hotel charges for pets 10€ per night. Not much for one night, but for 12 we paid 120€… a lot for possible cleaning after 2kg dog… it should be max amount for people who live for more than few days. And for this hotel u need to rent a car… else u will be sitting in hotel all the time. But thank you in any case. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Hope u will consider my review for improvements.

Ivan was very helpful and pleasant when i had issues charging my phone. The surrounding area is being developed. Limited bus service from property to main road, so walking or taxi is the only option. Inconvenient at night.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. I stayed here for eight consecutive nights, and there were cockroaches in both the bathroom and the kitchen sink, which is completely unacceptable. I made complaints twice, yet there was no response until the evening, even though I reported the issue in the morning. When cockroaches appeared again the second time, the hotel offered to move us to another room on the 3rd floor. However, we only had two nights left, and travelling with a child made moving rooms very inconvenient. This issue should not have happened at all during such a long stay. Noise insulation was extremely poor. I could even hear snoring from the room upstairs. Every morning around 6 a.m., housekeeping carts and trolley wheels were extremely loud, and staff dragging luggage through the corridors made it impossible to rest. The bed was very hard, and both the mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, resulting in very poor sleep quality. The swimming pool also appeared unsafe. I personally witnessed a woman cutting her foot and bleeding due to sharp or damaged tiles on the ground, which raised serious safety concerns. To be fair, the kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine were convenient and useful. However, hygiene and safety issues must be properly addressed first, as these are far more important than convenience. Overall, this stay was far below expectations. I wouldn’t even give 1 star if that were an option. I will not return to this hotel and do

Room is average nowhere near as nice as photos. I did not enjoy my stay here I have to be honest . Reception quite rude and unhelpful, arrived at 12pm with my 3 young kids and was told my room will not be ready until 4pm . He said that he would make sure they clean my room asap so we can check in. Which of course did not happen . At 4 pm I was told my room was still not ready and I would have to wait by the pool with my kids after getting off a 4 hour flight . Only when I said I’m Going to leave and go somewhere else and I will contact my credit card provider my room was suddenly ready.. but it wasn’t every 10 minutes someone would knock the door returning dishes and towels and cups toilet roll . Felt the opposite of a fancy hotel . The only person I would recommend this place to is my ex girlfriend

Zeer behulpzaam personeel. We kregen eerst een appartement op de 1ste verdieping, mét balkon, zoals geboekt. Dit balkon keek evenwel uit op een tegenoverliggend balkon. Op ons verzoek konden we, tegen betaling van een kleine meerprijs, na 2 dagen verhuizen naar een appartement op de 3de verdieping met uitzicht op het mooie zwembad. Ruim appartement met zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, prima sanitair en uitstekend bed(in het 2de appartement, in het eerste was het matras keihard, en wij zijn wat gewoon).
