「Your average all inclusive set up. Staff were very nice and the buildings were kept clean. Although there is a variety of food on offer, it's not very good and served lukewarm. The layout of the buffet also unfortunately leads to a bottleneck. Included drinks are local only. The site is hilly so if you struggle to walk you will need to have a room close to the pool area. The room layout (family suite), we felt was a terrible design - the steep (and slippery) stairs down are right by the front...

「The hotel has to sections half of it seems to have been updated, we were in the older part on the third floor which was fine for me but some of our party had small children and push chairs with no lift it was a struggle lifting them every time you went out we saw younger people without kids accommodated on the ground floor which seemed a bit bizarre, the rooms are not air conditioned but have ceiling fans that just generated warm air around the rooms so felt hot at times, the rooms were clean...

「Good size appartment, bath not really clean, but in general well clean. And finaly where I was: great view.」

「3 star hotel: really clean and rooms cleaned daily to a really good standard. Breakfast decent and food court super clean. Reception/ bar /restaurant staff unwelcoming and rude. All cleaning staff sweet and always replied ‘ no problem’ when apologised for walking a cross the wet floor they had just cleaned. Shout Out, 👏to all the back of house staff but need to train front of house staff at the same standard. Such a shame as the Andorra can provide affordable accommodation to those...

「Enough space room, not big but nice pool and nice pool bar, I was satisfied everything in case of this price. Location was also good, very close to the beach area and a lot of restaurant. I recommended to visit local restaurants along beach side. For the young couple, it’s better to stay at las Americas area to enjoy night life, but for the family, here is good. Definitely I would like to use this hotel again.」

「Staff were so friendly and helpful especially on redemption, nothing was too much trouble and generally, they seemed happy in their role. Would highly recommend this place to all!」

「Fabulous time at this 2 bedroomed apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Panoramic views from the patio area with outdoor eating area and sunbeds. The apartment was clean and had fans in the bedrooms and living area which were very welcome. The washing machine was a great addition and meant we could pack light and just take 2 cabin bags for a family of 4. Local shops and restaurants all within walking distance. (Approx 1 mile to the Fañabe beach front). 1 mile walk to Siam...
