「We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.」

「12月24日-26日にstudioに宿泊。　 部屋は非常に広くきれいで長期滞在者用に食器が充実しており、大きな冷蔵庫もあります。 ベランダと非常に小さいプールがあり、プールは共用。　 時期のせいだとも思いますが宿泊した部屋は陽当たりが悪く、ベランダは寒いのでプールは利用しませんでした。　逆側の部屋（恐らくもう少しランクの高い部屋）は非常に陽当たりがよさそうで、少し奮発すればよかったとも思いました。 朝食のビュッフェは充実した内容でどれもおいしかったです。　また、２Fのレストランを夜に利用しましたが、夜景もきれいで味も良かったと思います。 周辺の五つ星ホテルのエントランスがクリスマスで盛大に飾られているのに比べると簡素でしたが、その分部屋が広く充実しており、私たちのニーズに非常に合っていて満足でした。 」

「Mein Aufenthalt im Sunset Bay war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch nichts Besonderes. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation über WhatsApp, die stets unkompliziert und schnell verlief. Auch das Servicepersonal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die meinen Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Der Poolbereich hat mir persönlich nicht besonders gefallen, da er oft sehr voll war und wenig Erholungswert bot. Zudem ist die Anlage sehr hügelig, sodass...

「i will 1000% be back to this hotel! our stay was perfect. the room and the hotel itself was immaculately clean (and deep cleaned daily), as well as having excellent amenities such as a lovely spacious pool, a gym and a games facility. the staff were all lovely and accommodating and we had 0 issues whilst we were staying :) would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, peaceful break!」

「Property could have been in a better location, the property we were staying at was at another resort across the road. It took them a while to locate our room. My mum has physical disabilities and we did request easy access room, even though they gave us a room with little stairs it was still a challenge for my mum and also the floors were slippery. Apartment was ok, could have been better but the balcony was with a great view.」

「​Staff was friendly and welcoming; however, our stay was very disappointing. On our first night, I had to request bedding to make up a bed for my son. Despite booking for three guests, the room only had linens and towels for two. Basic hygiene items were also missing, including hand soap. ​The room was poorly maintained. There were orange stains in the bathroom, the sheets were stained, and the sofa bed had dark patches with no provided linens. I tried to overlook this to enjoy our holiday, but...

「Clean and the process of checking in and out were very simple. It is recommended but unfortunately two thirds of the laundry machines were out of orders and could use only one and was very busy while we stayed.」

「Fabulous time at this 2 bedroomed apartment. It was spacious and had everything we needed. Panoramic views from the patio area with outdoor eating area and sunbeds. The apartment was clean and had fans in the bedrooms and living area which were very welcome. The washing machine was a great addition and meant we could pack light and just take 2 cabin bags for a family of 4. Local shops and restaurants all within walking distance. (Approx 1 mile to the Fañabe beach front). 1 mile walk to Siam...
