"I had the most relaxing and healing stay at Ajisai. It is in a beautiful quiet setting and the hot springs are fantastic. The staff was incredibly helpful and even helped me retrieve a lost item. The dinner was very memorable and totally worth it - traditional Japanese food that was quite delicious. I will visit here again someday!"

"We had a wonderful time at Izu Imaihama Tokyu Hotel! The room was spacious and had an AMAZING view of the ocean. The staff were very kind and helpful and we had a great time using their pool, separated male and female onsens, and the beautiful beach that is right next to the hotel. It is located near a small town, Kawazu, where you can find a 7/11, ValuMax, and great restaurants with a short shuttle bus provided by the hotel, a short train ride, or a 15-20 min walk. One thing to note is that it is somewhat remote so trains can be about 20 mins between each one and it was quite dark after sunset. Otherwise we had a fantastic time and very much recommend it!!"

"We were beyond impressed with our stay! The lake view was beautiful and looked exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean, modern, and spacious. We really appreciated and enjoyed the complimentary beverages (including alcohols), snacks, and even dessert cake! The only small hiccup was during the check-in process where after filling out all the information, we needed to be connected to a virtual agent for live verification. There was no agent available for about 5 minutes - we kept trying and was able to eventually connect with an agent, but it was a little panicky during those 5 minutes."
