"The resort is aging so there are minor things like wallpaper peeling and blinds not opening properly. One bigger complaint is we had multiple thermostats (and a tile floor heater) in the suite that were all different controls and no instructions how to use them. Having 2 wood fireplaces in the suite but still having to order and pay extra for wood seemed like a 'make money' extra cost. There should be some included or convert them to electric. There should also be better lighting in the parking lots and walkways, after dark it is addressed incredibly hard to see the uneven sidewalks and ice. As a side, there should be some upgrades to the pillows. "

"We stayed in Canmore for one night during our trip to Alberta in March. The hotel rooms were renovated a couple of years ago, and they still feel fresh and well maintained. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable, which made our short stay very pleasant. Considering the price, the room offered excellent value. We requested a quiet room, and the staff accommodated our request. As a result, we had a very peaceful night and slept well after a long day of travel. Overall, it was a comfortable and affordable place to stay for a stopover in Canmore, and we would consider staying here again on a future visit."

"The location was unique, being so close to lifts and rental shop. The views were great. The service was great- the staff was so nice. Especially loved the cat ride up the mountain. Would recommend for anyone and worth the extra fee. My only criticism was the wi-FI. It’s pretty slow and not strong enough to stream. Hope they can upgrade that one soon. "
