"We had a fabulous stay it’s a gorgeous property and provides wonderful access. My only critique- we had an in room ac ( thank you) and there were tiny dead bugs all over the window sill by the desk that were never cleaned up despite housekeeping coming in- and second feedback I feel the dirty laundry ..."

"The property was unique as it was a cottage instead of a hotel we usually stay at. You could feel the history. No TV, but there was WIFI. "We loved it, including my teenage sons. We feel at home. The staffs were really nice and helpful. The barbecue is convenient. The nearby creek is unique. "

"The property is really lovely. The staff was very accommodating to me, helping me with parking and check-in. The only downside was that the elevator in my section wasn't working, and as far as I could tell, there wasn't a way to use the elevator in the other section to get over to where my room was, not a big deal for me, however, I'm not sure how they handled guests with mobility issues. The only other bizarre part was that my room was on the 2nd floor, except it was up an extra flight of stairs once you were on the 2nd floor; I don't mean a few steps, it was a full flight of stairs lol. My room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a really good size too. There was a mini-fridge, iron, and hair drier that I didn't use, but it's good to know they existed. Overall I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully have more time to check out things like the pool/hot tubs etc. "

"We had a fabulous stay it’s a gorgeous property and provides wonderful access. My only critique- we had an in room ac ( thank you) and there were tiny dead bugs all over the window sill by the desk that were never cleaned up despite housekeeping coming in- and second feedback I feel the dirty laundry carts shouldn’t be continually displayed in the hallway- for a fancy hotel seems you should have a place other than guest traffic areas - seems tacky frankly - despite these minor feedback issues it’s a really lovely hotel thank you!!"
