「洗剤、コーヒーといった備品が補充されず、何度もフロントに行かなければならなかった。 プールは古く汚れが目立ち、部屋も同じくメンテナンスがされていない。水回りが特にひどく、シャワーやシンクはメンテナンスされておらず壊れた状態だった。泊まったのは「プレミア」グレードにも関わらずこんな状態だった。」

「amazing apartment for the price! located close to Canmore (5 mins drive) and Banff (15-20 mins drive), 1 parking space was included. we used the hot tub once during our stay, loved it! the apartment seems relatively new, has everything you need (plates, bowls, cookware and utensils, special thanks for in-unit laundry). a couple of minor flaws were the squeaky doors and beds (we traveled as a party of 5 so it was a bit frustrating) and the shower curtain rod in the master bathroom wasn’t very...

「I stayed with my wife and 3 daughters in August 2026, and it was excellent, and would stay again! Kitchen was great to cook meals. Plenty of room for everyone. Both bathrooms were great. The large outdoor pool was close and heated to around 84º and the Hot Tub was 99º. We used the Laundry facilities directly behind the hot tub, which was smooth. We didn't walk to downtown because we had a 4 year old, and it was a bit chilly the day went ventured around town... but you could easily walk to the...

「キッチン付きでくつろげた。209号室はバリュープラスルームで安いが、少々狭い。 ただし、ソファーベッドがあり家族ずれでも十分。洗濯機もかなり助かる。洗剤付き! また、上階のホットタブは夜10時までうるさい、、、。まあ、気にしなければ問題なし。どの道全部屋、大陸横断鉄道で時折うるさい。どれも大きく気にはならない。 この部屋は駐車場が唯一ないが、空いている際は他の空き駐車場を使わせてもらえた。それもなければ、路駐が可能。 紅茶の他、プレスで1.5L分（750mlを2回）コーヒーが用意されている。多分追加可能。 ハイシーズンでも早期（半年位前）に取れば、かなり低価格で泊まれる。少し長めにとってのんびりがおすすめ。 総じて非常に良かった。」
