The mountain view from the bed was fabulous. The buses plying to different locations with tickets provided from resort was very convenient. The property is a bit dated but rest is fab
Family friendly stay with a waterpark and outdoor hot tubs, it also has a play area for kids but was closed when we arrived, also wish they have it more accessible .
The views are beautiful and stuff is friendly and very helpful
Lovely little house like chalets
This hotel is surrounded by amazing views. It’San older hotel but very clean and room is spacious. Staff has great customer service.

Okay location in Banff, with accessible public transportation, and complimentary bus passes provided. We booked a multiple bed suite and arrived with two vehicles. Free parking is good. Good for families. While the layout of the suite is okay, the property is old and tired, and updating and refresh is much needed.

Good option. Great connection to public transport with bus stop right in front of property.
Resort was farther out from downtown than expected, but the bus system was awesome. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to issues. We found out late in the evening that our bathroom light wasn't working. And they were on it within ten minutes.
Great location. Roam buses were excellent and efficient. Underground parking was great and close to our room.
Hotel showed its age. Bathroom could do with an update. Carpet was stained. Electric range was very old. Not much for dishes.
Everything was so clean and well spaced out. It was a great place to stay on our road trip after a few nights in a tight hotel room! The waterslides were an added bonus, the kids had a blast!
We enjoyed our stay. It’s out of the hustle and bustle of down town and the complimentary bus passes to get around were great. The front desk response when our room wasn’t ready was fantastic so I recommend their service highly.
The property is incredibly old and has had limited maintenance done to it. The check in process and staff were great. Our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The carpet was falling apart, the bathroom shower was moldy. Do not spend your money here!
It was a good property with dedicated parking spot for every Unit.
Clean, tidy and provided transit to downtown which was very helpful.
There was even pool and a few water slides as well, good to engage youth and young adults
The property is dated but the staff were amazing in whatever we needed. Considering the location and our mountain views, it was worth it.

Very old outdated dirty dirty rooms! I can take a lot but garbage under beds, banged up dishwasher, mouse running around in kitchen, screen door and patio door fell out,,so so dirty can't see thru screen. Fridge was clean and sheets were good ..it was just an overnight so tolerable.
Roam transit pass included which was nice and we did use it (parking is $$$$ in Banff).
The loft was actually bigger than we expected. We had 2 queen beds upstairs and 1 queen bed on the main level.
Full kitchen.
The loft was a bit stinky/musty when we first arrived - older property. But nothing too terrible.
We didn’t end up using the pools but did have a nice time in the play zone. The actual structure definitely shakes… I’m not sure what safety inspections for it include. But it held up!

Very high cost for a very old property.
Fairly good location with a bus into town. Lots of wildlife, but very very old.
Liked the ability to jump on a bus to avoid driving down town. Excellent jump on and drop off spot. Hotel was convenient, quiet and clean. Highly recommend.
