We had a wonderful stay. We had the upper condo of one of the fourplexes. It was not fancy, but was comfortable for 4 adults. The pool and hottub were great. The location was nice and quiet and picturesque. Convenient distance from downtown Banff. Complimentary roam was perfect and a short trip to downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Ok price for the peak fall season. Great location. It is an old facility but it was spacious for my family. We had a suit with 2 bathrooms. Overall, I was satisfied when I could not find anything else with a reasonable price.

Family friendly stay with a waterpark and outdoor hot tubs, it also has a play area for kids but was closed when we arrived,also wish they have it more accessible . The views are beautiful and stuff is friendly and very helpful Lovely little house like chalets

The accommodation and location were very good and lots of amenities for the grandchildren. Good parking. Beds were comfortable and was quite. However the property and especially the rooms could really use some maintenance and renovations. Screen doors in shamble torn and falling off track. The hid-abed needs the mattress replaced as well as the fabric could use a good cleaning to get rid of the stains. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Douglas Fir though did not have time to enjoy many of the amenities as we were out exploring each day. The beds were comfortable and the loft room spacious with a well functioning kitchen so we could cook our own meals. The property is a long walk to the centre of town but there is a bus stop right outside, we had a car so this wasn't an issue for us. The only negative with this property is that a resort of this size does not have any on site laundry facilities which I think is very important for holidaymakers.

The location was excellent and easy to take the ROAM bus to areas in Banff, QUite and peaceful. Our room needed an update and a good deep cleaning. The range didn’t work very well. Housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs.

Okay location in Banff, with accessible public transportation, and complimentary bus passes provided. We booked a multiple bed suite and arrived with two vehicles. Free parking is good. Good for families. While the layout of the suite is okay, the property is old and tired, and updating and refresh is much needed.
