Large room which is well equipped, nice staff, free parking and a great location for an easy walk into Banff town. All in all a great hotel, which I would definitely return to.

Liked: Cleanliness
Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was incredibly courteous
The staff we dealt with were very polite. The property was great for walking through downtown Banff. Parking was easily accessible. Rooms were clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to have a balcony looking out over the mountains. Did not use hot tub, but looked in and if we had stayed longer would have happily used it. Had breakfast at the on site restaurant and it was great (an actual restaurant $) very good value and would happily stay again
First time staying here. The room was very clean. Good location for walking around Banff. Our room was also right beside the hot tub which was a bonus for us! Would stay here again

Very cute place, it’s a good stay for quick trip in Banff. Wish the hot tub was in both hotels as it was quite cold to walk back and forth.
