Staff was excellent. But the property is beyond worn, it is run down. Not a value at all for $300 (US) per night. I'd say they are 15 years beyond a need for major renovations.

If you're lucky, you will have a great view of the mountain & river from your balcony. The staff are friendly too. Location is just few blocks away from the busy street of banff (stores & all). And you can catch up your bus to Gondola within 10mins walk from this lodge.

Anxious at first coz we are advice that the room.does not have A/C. But when night falls, we realized that its not necessary.
