Affordable accommodations. Free shuttle into downtown. Bed was comfy. Quite a few things required maintenance - hot tub jets, pools and hot tubs needed a deep clean, walls requiring replastering. Kitchen is basic but does the trick for breakfasts

Beautiful Hotel, hot pools and Sauna excellent for cooler weather, location is furthest from the rest of town but great for quiet times. Free bus passes from the hotel for your stay which makes a trip downtown fairly quick. Or if you’re like me walking is great too.

Loved the view and staff was very nice. Improvement area: It would be more convenient if the gondola was open until 9:00pm. Closing at six makes it impossible to have dinner in Banff. However, shuffle service was good, just had wait 15 minutes.

Most of the employees are young and from different countries. Very friendly and enjoyed talking to each one of them . Even the gondola employees always spoke to us and asked about our day.
