At first felt a little shabby but we ended up loving it. A rustic cottage cabin set between two mountain ranges. Great location near Banff. Comparatively inexpensive to all other hotels. Tried staying extra nights but they were sold out.
Loved our stay here! The cabins are teeny tiny but in a perfect location if you’re wanting to experience Banff and Canmore. Would highly recommend if you want to save some $ on a hotel, as they are much pricier in the downtown areas.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Hot inside the cabin, heater was always on and no ac. Accommodation was nice and clean

The taps in the bathroom sink needed to be fixed as they would not stop dripping. The property was very clean and cozy, cooled off nicely at night with the windows open.
Rundle Chalets is probably not for everyone do to older facilities. For us it was perfect. The atmosphere definitely matched the area, very rustic. The staff was excellent. Peter was an outstanding young man. My wife is all about little details and Peter fulfilled all her expectations which says something in itself. Would highly recommend Rundle Chalets.
It was a wonderful stay, it just happened to be very hot, so the cottage was sooooo hot in it, but we were out exploring Banff so it didn’t bother us much, only when we slept, but you can’t beat those views. 😃
We stayed in one of the chalets for 4 nights, and it was the perfect base for our trip. The chalets are a little rustic, but quiet and comfortable, and the staff are lovely and helpful. Being able to sit outside with a bonfire was also a real treat. Thank you for a great stay!
Conveniently located near town but tucked away so quiet. Only spent one night, but the ability to have a private fire was appealing

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I liked the kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dish soap and cutlery as well as plates. Very cozy individual chalets, loved using the campfire pit outside. Gorgeous view of Rundle Mountains as well.
Lovely pet friendly little cabins! These are basic units that date back to the 1960’s. Each has a kitchenette & bathroom. Staff were very helpful! Fire pits available when fires are permitted, which is a nice touch.
Laid back, cozy space. Great location with plenty of fire pits for you to enjoy. Friendly staff, plenty of parking.

Everything about this cabin was good except for one major drawback: the smell. The location, and facilities were all perfect, but the whole cabin had a , unpleasant odor that we couldn't get rid of. It’s a lovely property, but the smell definitely dampened our experience.
Clean unit with all the amenities, online description was accurate. Excellent location, away from the hustle of downtown Canmore, yet close enough. I will stay here again if opportunity presents itself.
We stayed in their 3-bedroom cabin for two days. I already knew not to expect a luxury (bougie) accommodation, but if location is your priority, you can’t go wrong with this place. It offers a cozy cabin experience with a traditional wood-burning fireplace, which adds to the charm. We didn’t get to use it because the weather was warm during our stay.
I would still recommend this place. If you’re booking a 2- or 3-bedroom cabin during the warmer months, I’d suggest bringing extra electric fans and extension cords, as the cabins can get quite warm.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider coming back.
Quaint little cabin in a nice area, has all necessities like a fridge, microwave and a stove. Fire pit and chairs are located outside every cabin. Location is perfect, 10-15 mins from Canmore and Banff. Would definitely visit again.
