「I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such.」

「The home was lovely, spacious inside and out. We enjoyed the pool table, the fireplaces and the many areas for us to socialize. Great location to many restaurants and a wonderful kitchen to cook in. We now have special family memories to share.It would be helpful to have a book/instructions explaining all of the remote controls, we didn't find the jacuzzi controls, or instructions for check out.」

「Our group of 12 ladies celebrated our 30th anniversary of traveling together once a year. This beautiful property had more than enough space and a fantastic pool to accommodate us all. We hired a local chef who came to the house and prepared a very delicious Southwest dinner for our group. The house location was prefect. Staying in Scottsdale made it possible to take a day trip to Sedona as well as fly in and out of Phoenix. We would certainly stay here again. 」

「Lance was extremely responsive, accommodating to a last-minute request, and very friendly. The house is absolutely stunning, and our family loved the layout—especially the split master bedrooms and the plenty of extra space for everyone who came into town for our reunion. The backyard and pool/hot tub area were top-notch, with plenty of games and activities for everyone to enjoy. We only wish we had more time to stay and fully enjoy the home, but we look forward to booking again in the future!」

"スタイリッシュで広々とした素敵なホテルでした。室内は清潔で居心地よく、1階のガーデンに面したお部屋が静かでとても気に入りました。スタッフの方々もとても親切で感じが良かったです。フェニックスを再び訪問する時にはまたこちらのホテルに止まりたいです。"

"空港からMetro(路面電車)1本でホテルの徒歩圏内に着けるのは本当に便利でした。チェイス・フィールドでMLBの試合を観に行ったのですが、Metro1駅分なので、ホテルから球場まで徒歩15分〜20分くらいで着けます。試合後(夜10時過ぎ)にホテルまで歩いて帰りましたが、家族連れの人たちも普通に歩いて帰宅していて、日本の野球観戦後の雰囲気と変わらず、治安がいい街だと思います。ホテルの設備は本当に素晴らしく、広くてきれいで快適に過ごせました。シャワーの水量、温度調節も完璧です。ミネラルウォーターのペットボトルを備えてくれていて助かりました。コーヒーメーカーに普通のコーヒーだけでなく、カフェインレスコーヒーも置いてくれていたのが良かったです。ホテルの1階におしゃれなカフェがあり、無料の朝食がそのカフェで食べられました。パンやオートミール、ヨーグルト、果物など種類も豊富で、ドリンクもコーヒー、紅茶、ジュース、牛乳などが揃っています。またフェニックスに来た時にはこちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。"

"1泊のみの利用。空港シャトルがあるので選びましたが、近くの駅からも歩ける。部屋は広くキレイで冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあるのが嬉しい。デスク以外にも椅子とテーブルがありくつろげました。スタッフの接客も良かった。朝、コーヒーが飲めるのもありがたかった。シャワーの水圧が弱いのがちょっと残念です。"
