"The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair."

"My stay was good. My room was clean and recently renovate. Overall the stay was okay. We didn’t get free breakfast because of the renovation but that’s fine my main issue was my first night, my tv wasn’t working. I went downstairs to tell staff but she didn’t do anything I told staff again next day and she fix it no problem, don’t understand why I couldn’t get it fixed first day."

"There was no hot water for two days of my stay. The room was a little tired. The hallway carpets need to be cleaned. The location is great and Whole Foods is located on the ground floor. "

"Really enjoyed this property and its location. Clean, everything is in working order, and it really is the perfect spot for someone visiting from out of town. The location makes it very walkable to restaurants, stores, pretty much anything you could need. I did have a few issues though. 2 of the days we stayed we were woken up at 6:45 am each day by hammering and loud power tools. So loud that it was shaking things inside of the room. "This is my third time staying here and I love it! I come here for work as I have an office nearby. The units are within a new apartment building. There are restaurants a short walk away. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a pool and pool towels are even provided. Check-in and check out are smooth with the use of an app. I texted to extend my stay and response was immediately received. Highly recommended!"

"This place has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The communication leading up to and during our stay was excellent. The condos were spacious and fully stocked. They even got us a keurig machine for our stay! Walking distance to some amazing restaurants and groceries. The property has 2 lovely pool areas. Both with hot tubs. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working that well, but the other (by the smaller pool) one was great. My friends and I had a blast for our first time in Scottsdale....

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house in North Scottsdale. The Arizona desert views are truly spectacular, and the backyard ambiance and private pool are the icing on the cake. The house is modern, updated, clean, and spacious. The management company is very accommodating and communicates well. I would highly recommend for a golf trip to Scottsdale, or any family looking to spend some leisure time in Arizona."

"Extended family meeting for niece graduation! They live in nearby neighborhood so our spot was great for the occasion. We did cook a few times and the kitchen was well stocked! High school and college cousins were able to hang out together with the grown ups comfortable as well! Super cool neighborhood and the property was great!"
