「The one star rating for communication is for the reservation foul up which was not the fault of the Ala Moana staff, they were amazing! Unfortunately, not booking through the hotel directly caused so much unneeded stress. I paid a lot of money before arriving and once at the hotel they had no reservation for me so I had to pay for another room through the hotel directly. I was fortunate the hotel wasn't fully booked. 「This rental was a true gem!! We loved the location and the apartment was just perfect for us. I thought parking may be a problem, but it totally wasn't! Free parking right across the street by Kapiolani park from 6 pm-10 am. Then it is cheap hourly meter parking from 10am-6 pm. Enjoyed our morning coffee out on the lanai with great views of Diamond Head- can't wait to return!」

「Everything was as listed and our stay was great!Lots of places within easy walking distance.Many restaurants , shops, beach and large mall.Had a little trouble finding the entrance on gps.We finally through google put in the name1700 Waikiki Marina and it took us right to the entrance. 「サーフィンのため2週間滞在しましま。ローケーションは最高。食器・調理器具も充実しています。下のパーキングは1日$23ですが1ヶ月の契約の方が安いみたいですがオーナーからの契約書が必要との事。ランドリーのアプリ支払いでアメリカの携帯しか使えないので日本のその方の方は一回の警備室にランドリーを使いたいと言うと8階まで一緒にきてくれるのでその場で現金を渡せば利用できます。」

「The property is exactly as described and detailed in photos. Very clean and spacious property, while being walking distance to everything in Waikīkī. Host is very hospitable and has excellent communication available 24/7. Check-in and Check-out instructions are clear and easy to follow. House rules are reasonable. We discovered the iron was broken so I contacted them, and they had it replaced immediately. I would definitely recommend this property and host to others, as well as book with this...

"立地も設備も申し分ないホテルで、非常に居心地よく過ごさせていただきました。浴室のお湯が出ないというトラブルが発生しましたが、器材交換や別部屋の浴室貸し出しなど、対応が迅速でした。最終的に修繕の見込みなしとなり、同等の別室を手配してもらうことになりましたが、対応については満足のいくものでした。"
