「ホテルはとても古いけれどエントランスやプールサイド等公共の場所は綺麗になっているが、部屋の浴室の排水が初めの３日間とても悪かった。また夜中になると決まって空調がカタカタうるさくてとてもイライラした。サービスはとても良いし顧客の質も良かったが、気をつけなくては行けないのが駐車代金とリゾートフィがかかる。リゾートフィの中にはプール利用代金やプライベートビーチまでの送迎代が含まれるがそれを使おうが使わなおうがかかるので気をつけてほしい。」

「The condo was absolutely beautiful with a magnificent view! We loved the tiki bar and Casa Calabrian was excellent. Andy was very responsive to our questions and checking in/out was seamless. Helene was so helpful and very responsive to us. She even texted to check in and make sure we were okay! We will definitely be back」

「Stayed here for a wedding and it was great. Exact same as staying at the hotel. Less expensive than the hotel prices for a fraction of the cost. The one thing that I didn’t like was the cleaning people knocking on my door several times before my check out time. However, that is not something to fault the property managers for.」
