"Beware!!! Dingy Studios have murphy beds hidden in the wall. DO NOT RENT A STUDIO. I rented through hotels.com thinking I had a queen bed with a pullout couch. Photo of a bed was in listing. When I arrived they directed us to this horrific hotel across the street from where I thought I booked with disgusting tiny outdated rooms and a murphy bed for sleeping and gross old furniture from god knows what decade. Your bed is hidden in a wall. They had this rated at 9.2 wonderful. I will never trust their fake ratings again. Room was 80 degrees with broken down old air conditioner. I almost cried as it was my birthday trip. Got my money back with persistence. Had to find another hotel at 10 p.m. because hotels.com wouldn't help me get a new hotel. Even the check in area was dirty and gross with unfriendly staff who lied and said totally booked yet offered a second horror unit next to first one. STAY AWAY! "

"The stay never happened. My son is on spring break and his flight home got cancelled around 10:30pm. I booked through Hotels.com and upon the confirmation from the actual hotel I see you have to be 21. My son is 19. Called the hotel. They said that's the poloicy and they couldnt check him in if not 21. They would not cancel because I booked through a 3rd party and had to go through them. Well, tried that immediately last night. Representative on line could not help as the hotel has to cooperate and waive which they would not do. No where on the site did I see the 21 restriction. This morning called customer service and same response. Called the hotel a 3rd time and dealt with the same lady that basically said too bad..the policy is what it is and would not forward me to a higher management person. The whole experience is completely frustrating and I will never stay at a Hampton and I will never use Hotels.com or Expedia again. I understand policy. Nobody can understand a parent worried and be a little helpful? Money is money I guess and circumstances and people clearly do not matter. Shameful."

"Was a very nice trip for our family of 3. The pool area was great, partial ocean view was even better than we thought. Loved having the balcony for morning sunrises. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Smooth check in and check out. The room itself was good but the bathroom could’ve used some updating- didn’t fit the vibe of the rest of the place. Plenty to do without leaving the resort- pool, beach, coffee shop, entertainment. We’d come back!"

"El check in es a las 3, nuestro cuarto estuvo listo un poco despues de las 5, la recepcionista, no estaba de buen humor. En la habitacion, habia cosas oxidadas, como lamparas. El sofa cama, tenia polvo todo por debajo y estaba oxidado tambien, el colchon del sofa cama se hundido y se sentian los resortes. La pintura del baño retocada por partes con otro color. La lompieza en general bien, buena ubicacion. Por el precio, no vale la pena."
