Book a Pompano Beach Resort

"Everything was so old!! The front door barely worked- I had to get a staff member to open it for me. No coffee pot in the room. All the areas were rickety and patched up. The sheets were clean, but the bed had serious dents from use. The room would NOT darken even ant night! Horrible shades and they have these blue lights glowing all night. The A/C was LOUD. Absolutely NO amenities like a simple USB plug! The staff was WONDERFUL. Very polite and helpful, with easy & fast check in and check out. Valet service was great. "

"Was not very happy with the property we got there and checked in on a Sunday and the big pool was closed the whole time there was construction and banging with a hammer the whole time of my stay and I complained about it and they said that they were not going to compensate me in anyway so I would not go back again and I would not recommend it to anyone"

"Room was mostly clean (a little sand in the shower when we arrived and some bathroom tiles/spots around shower edge were old/off color). Staff were fantastic, amicable/personable, pleasant, helpful, offered suggestions for local things, were accomodating when we had requests. The ocean view from the balcony was lovely, walking distance to the beach was ideal. Good location, central to food, beach, etc. "

"This is a nice resort with multiple amenities including pools, mini golf, volleyball and more. However, our room was in a bldg around the corner from the main location, outside of their gated areas, in a smaller and older building than the main property. This meant we had to drive to the main property to enjoy the amenities These rooms were very dated, cozy, but dated and could have been cleaned better. The sink and tub had hair in them, the jetted tub looked like it was installed in the 70s and just looked really worn and not sanitary so we didnt even use it as a bath tub. Walls had marks on them, baseboards and corners dusty, rings on furniture, it just overall didnt feel that clean or upkept This building also didnt have an elevator, luckily my husband was with me to carry up the luggage to the 2nd floor but if I had been alone, or elderly theres no way I could've carried my luggage up the steep stairs. The tub is also extremely high and hard to get in and out of, no grab bar in place either which seems really dangerous The ice machine in the freezer also didnt work The 2 tvs had basic channels, but were not smart tvs, again not a deal breaker but current technology in hotels is a huge plus The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the room itself was ok for a short stay but if you are going to book here id highly recommend requesting being on the main property"
