"Great location and accommodation was lovely. Not a cheap stay but if you have kids there is lots to keep them amused. Some of the kids zones are a bit tired and need a refresh. We were there at Easter and they were short staffed in the restaurant. Food was good but needed more options given the prices being charged. Breakfast was great. Staff were excellent but stressed due to shortages."

"Great location for the town centre shopping and staff were friendly and resolved any issues quickly. On arrival the balcony to our room wasnt cleaned before we checked in, but staff quickly resolved this. The entrance to the pool could be improved as the stairs were wet, more seating or areas to hang robes could have also been provided at the pool."

"We spent one night here as we were visiting family in the area. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. Our room was very clean, spacious and was tastefully decorated/ furnished. The price we paid was very competitive for such a lovely hotel and on top of this, we enjoyed a hearty cooked breakfast, and a swim in the indoor pool, all of which was included in the overall price.
