We contacted the hotel, and the front office staff were really helpful. They looked into the matter, found the items, and notified us. It was such a relief, and their great service much appreciated. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. There is a very wide variety of restaurants within easy walk. The only slight niggle was check-in. There was only one couple in front of us but it still took about fifteen minutes."
